The guy was a ghost, only time I heard from him is I called then he would call back a day or two later. Here had no idea what was going on with my vehicle

Jorge was fine but the whole process before I got to Jorge was so disappointing I brought my car in for a battery repair to replace the USB port, and look at my back tire that was going flats . When I got the car back after 4 days the battery was fixed the usb was replaced but it look so disgusting you could see where they prided the port out, and it didn’t even work and the tire wasn’t fixed. I bring it back they try to blame me for water damage and finally looked at it told me I would have to bring it back the next day and I asked about fixing the tire again they say they’ll look at it. I bring it back they “fixed” the usb but now the whole center Consol was ripped out and wouldnt clip back in and the tire was still not fixed or even looked at. I had to bring it back in to get that fixed and have my tire looked at again. They rotate my tires for me and finally have to get a brand new tire put on and said they fix my console. I get it the console is still coming off and they tell me they have to order a tire and bring it back. So I bring it back again and tell them the console is still not fixed they put a new tire on and tell me they have to order the clips and they’ll be in, in two weeks . 3 weeks later still no call I called them. I get no answer I call back to finally try to call the manager I get no call back from him and they finally fix my console even tho it still look like crap it’s not flesh like it use to be. Honestly after having to come back 7 different times I honestly will never go back there this was awful from the start. They had my vehicle in the shop for 4 days the first time and everything should have been fixed with in this time. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there. This was legit the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with.
