The employees that work in the service department were friendly, however the oil change and tire rotation took a long time because they failed to schedule my appointment correctly. This is the third time this has happened here where I schedule an appointment and they don’t put it in the books. This is extremely frustrating. They were able to figure out a way to still get us in but this shouldn’t happen. I could see this happening once, not the last 3 times I’ve been there.

It didn’t appear that the car was thoroughly detailed as requested. I found that the cup holder, gear shift, and dash were still visibly not cleaned. I was also disappointed and dissatisfied that the noise complaint in my dash was not resolved as my vehicle was there more than one day. It was as if no one dissembled the dash to investigate what the sound was. This also was apparent due to the dash not being thoroughly cleaned. I felt that this was a wasted visit and an inconvenience of having my vehicle there for days without resolve.
