My appointment was 7:00 and my technician came out and help me around 7:30 I seated at the waiting area until my car was fix, he texted me exactly 9:00 am according to his text my car was done and give him a couple of minutes to finish all the paperworks, I waited and waited and waited until 10:00 I couldn’t wait anymore, I went outside to asked him for my car and all I got from him is,, did I texted you? I’m so sorry if you guys are busy, me too! I have work that waiting for me. Maybe Nissan need to hire more people to accommodate all clients ASAP.

The service department this time was great as usual, the lacking was in the sales department. I purchased my truck which was one of their courtesy vehicles but still considered and priced new. After purchase I noticed that the passenger side had scratches all the way across, there is a dent and scratches on the tailgate, the steering alignment is off and there is white paint spatter all down the passenger side as well. I tried to contact my sales associate for 2 weeks without a response on these matters and finally was able to get in contact with them. Instead of assisting with setting up getting the resolved I was advised to contact the parts department. The parts department advised they do not handle this and sent me to service. An appointment was scheduled and when I arrived I was told it needed to be dealt with in another department and they were not sure if they could get the vehicle in. I explained the situation quite frustrated at this point and the service adviser stated the alignment would be dealt with today. The paint issues I would have to get with my sales associate though. The sales manager told me to come back next week and they will figure something out? Why not today. I guess once you sell a car and got your money the rest doesn't matter.
