There was no communication at all. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. I had called multiple times to get an update and could get ahold of Victors or a manager. I was told I would hear from a manager and never did. I showed up at closing to find out that warranty had not approved work yet. I was given a rental.
The day of pick up I waited for Victor for 15 minutes and he never came. The later from the rental department actually assisted me getting some one to help me.
