I had made an appointment online with things I wanted repaired from my recent multi-point inspection from a few weeks ago. I listed things on your appointment website and specifically omitted a front wheel alignment and tire rotation and balance because I was planning on getting new tires soon. So, Miguel inserted a major service interval and said it would be cheaper overall than using the discount coupons I had from Ford for transmission flush and brake system flush. I find that not to the case. I didn’t need to pay for tire balance and rotation labor charges and another oil and filter change that Grapevine Ford had just done.
