Sean was easily the best service guy I’ve ever dealt with. I was basically stranded 4 hours from home when my upper control arm snapped in half. Sean got me set me up with a reputable tow company, got me in right away on a Saturday no less. When the tech ran into some trouble that required extra time he put me in a loaner vehicle so i could get back home that night. Drove 3.5 hours back down to Springfield Monday morning and my truck was good as new. Best experience with a dealership I’ve ever had hands down!!

Over 4 hours wait time for an oil change (with an appointment) is ridiculous. And the fact that this dealership does not provide shuttle services makes it even worse. Paying almost $30k for a car and can’t get a ride to the mall while I wait?!? I absolutely regret giving my hard earned money to this establishment.
