Victor was awesome. First time I’ve came to a dealer and didn’t have to deal with inflated charges or BS work that didn’t need to be done. From moment 1, Victor was honest, professional and down to earth and easy to deal with. I was hesitant coming to a new service center/dealer. I appreciate the integrity Victor had and the upfront honesty he provided. Victor has made me a lifelong Midway customer. I run HR for 9 states and wish my employees had the level of service that Victor does. Awesome experience overall.

Victor was very pushy about having the service done. I got a second opinion and the diagnosis was correct. He was difficult to contact and the diagnosis took all day. Added to the fact that my previous experience with B was worse I likely won't come back. Seems to be a company problem,not a service advisor problem.

Loaner car I had 10 miles of range on it and my wife had to put $40 in gas in the car. Service rap upside my wife into getting the oil change early along with other inspection cost including alignment for a total bill of $470. She was just supposed to get the fuel pump recall fixed. I stopped the Alignment and get the price reduced to two $270. Then they weren’t going to give us the 15% credit for coming through Costco until I requested it. The discount was not 15% and there was no explanation. I will never go back to South County Lexus for service again
