Jason was great and very nice to communicate with. I am pleased with the work done but I was told my car would be ready Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't. I was then told Wednesday before lunch and it wasn't. I did pick it up later that afternoon but about a day later than I was initially told. Also, I was the one who had to call with any update on my car so I was just waiting around Tuesday and Wednesday expecting my car to be ready and didn't know until I called that it was postponed.

Miss communications, and in phone calls. service couldn't find the "key" in my truck to unlock wheels to rotate tires....doesn't a dealer have a ghost key???? So no rotaion. It was right in with the tire iron and lift. My first time after my purchase for just an oil change and rotate tires in my contract. Plus service advisor totally clueless that I purchased my truck there...several times asked where did I buy the truck. Really!!! Like no recognition that I bought the truck at this dealer. No help on the key, which I did have but said go back to the salesman. No service in your service dept. My first experience there. Was assinghed a service advisor when I purchased but was on vacation. Not a happy customer!! So service experience a -5. My first experience...not good.

I had a maintenance problem with our back tire on our LS 500 and Isaac took very good care of me made sure it was nice and safe and that there was no problem with the tire and it was safe to drive. I brought it in because it made a little noise and I wasn’t sure, but he did everything to test drive it and put it up on the rack to make sure that it was safe, I really appreciate him he’s very good at what he does and very personable.
