I would ask that the multipoint inspection be based on actual observations and not on mileage and history only.

Brought the car in on a recall for the brake system and Ford did not have the parts to fix it. However there was another recall for the airbag which they did fix. My car was there for over two weeks waiting on the part which never came in. Mark was very helpful and I have no complaints in the manner in which he handled the situation. However Ford motor company **** and I will never buy another Ford. Ford should have never sent out the recall letter because they never had the parts to begin with.
