When I went to tell John Marino not to to rotate the wheels, even though it was only 2 minutes after I brought my truck in, he said it's too late for me to change my mind and still charged me $19.95 even though he knew I was furious!! I will NEVER recommend this place, nor will I purchase a vehicle here again! I told John that before he charged me, but apparently he didn't care about customer satisfaction and that we have been going there for years. Still I was charged, absolutely unacceptable!

Our vehicle was dropped off the evening prior for an 7 am appt to be complete by Noon the next day. The time came and went. I called 3 times that same day leaving messages with people saying someone would call back, never happened. Even tried the text message service, no response. The next day called 5 more times with the same result finally getting a tech that answered the phone and knew how to help. Came to find out the tech we scheduled with left and never returned. Very frustrated that your short comings of processes in places put us in a spot of unknown. When picking up the vehicle the tech that knew what was going on was very apologetic, disappointed that the manager couldn’t even step out of his office to apologize and acknowledge an issue. Customer service is everything today. I get it. It’s not your problem, and there isn’t any consequences on your end. I’m just one person and the service department still gets paid. But please do better next time for someone that this could have effected their personal well being. We all need to do better.
