Efficient have an unresolved issue with a refund offered by Ford for a repair of door latch causing many issues with batteries due to automatic lighting not turning off. Completed paperwork and turned in to Jason Scaff. We will see if it gets resolved.

Melissa is absolutely a Service Hero in our book. Though it’s been many years since we lived in Springfield, when our battery died while on a trip back to visit family, we went back to Reliable and met Melissa. She got us right in on Saturday and got us fixed right up. She did a great job, was very friendly and kept us informed.

My car had more problems leaving this dealership then when I came in. My car was shaking and that was not happening. When I called to speak to a manager he told me that my report will show me why this is happening. I told him that is was something that just started. Well I took my car to get a second option and they informed me that this dealership didn’t put everything back together correctly that why my car had additional problems. I would NEVER recommend this dealership for service let alone buying a car.
