Pete was extremely helpful and efficient. It was as it is suppose to be. I drove up, answered a few quick questions and only waited a short 30 min for oil change and rotation. Scottsdale Alfa Romeo is fortunate to have Will as their master technician.
He deserves a raise!
I am in the Alfa Romeo Giulia Club. So many Alfa owners across the country are having issues with their dealerships, which I believe is a result of not having properly train technicians.
A car that can’t be properly diagnosed and repaired is worthless.
I haven’t an any such problems,
as Will is not only an experienced tech, but also knowledgeable,
and apparently, very well trained on Alfa’s.
I am completely satisfied with the car,
but mostly, because Will and Jon do such a tremendous job of taking care of all of my car.
I highly recommend Scottsdale Alfa Romeo to all my Alfa Romeo friends!
