I’m severely disappointed in my Airpark experience. Jorge was difficult to reach and never returned my calls. I had a hefty repair bill and I asked Jorge and the technician to show me what the problem was on my motor. They brought me back to the bay, and explained the situation, but didn’t even show me my car, even though I gave them a heads up 3 hours prior I was coming to see MY car, and catered my own work schedule to the technicians schedule, and left work early to get there because the tech had to leave. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, Jorge made eye contact with me as I got out of my loaner and i watched him walk off to lunch break, and I stood in the service drive for 20 minutes, unhelped, before I approached another advisor. Everyone’s entitled to a lunch break, but someone needs to cover other advisors clients when they’re on break or lunch. Unacceptable from a long time client and I will NEVER bring my Jeep there again.

This is my 2nd Lexus vehicle and this visit was again excellent; just like every one of my prior visits. Quick service, friendly people and my car was serviced, washed and I was on my way ,happy with the experience. Tim, our service advisor took great care of my wife and I. He gets a 10 as well.
