My representative Alfredo did a great job. He’s a great guy who goes the extra mile for his customers. Overall, I’m satisfied, but I noticed the morning after my oil change service that the plastic guard underneath the truck that protects the undercarriage had not been replaced properly and has been sagging near the ground since my service. I have not had the chance to bring it back in yet due to travel.

The only problem I experienced was I had scheduled my appointment for a Saturday morning at 9 AM and when I called to confirm it on Friday prior they said I didn’t have an appointment scheduled but to come in anyway on Saturday at 10 I I did that and had to reschedule again because the parts weren’t there for my service but on the appointment day it was ran very professional and efficient.

A part was ordered for my cay on 5/22/21. They said it would be in on Wednesday or Thursday and Austin would call me and let me know on Wednesday when he knew about the part. I did not hear anything so I called him on Thursday morning Maddie answered the phone and said she would pass a message onto him. Didn’t hear anything so I called back that afternoon I don’t have the name of the person who answered the phone and said that he was really busy and that he’d have Austin call me back. Called again on Friday Morning I left a voice message on Austin‘s phone. I called again on Friday left another message on Austin‘s phone. I have not heard anything from him. Oh I think it’s very poor customer service not to return a phone call I know how busy everybody is. However it’s just rude not to return a call I want to take a moment to tell me the part wasn’t in. I had to cancel My weekend trip because I didn’t have the air conditioner in my car I was very disappointed not to be able to make the wedding.
