I really like doing business with this dealership. Ronnie is the best. I have so much confidence in what he suggests to me. He has never steered me wrong. I usually cannot stand to do car things, but over the last couple of years, I don’t feel that way any longer.

No one at Midway ever initiated contact with me to give me a status. On the 2nd day, I had to call the service department 8 times over 2 hours until someone promised that Victor would call me. And when I picked up my car, the receipt stated that they found nothing wrong with the front suspension, but the complaint was for a noise in the right-rear of the vehicle! And, I was promised a ride to Midway to retrieve my vehicle, but that ride never showed and I had to ask a friend for a ride. This experience was just horrible, there is nothing you can do that would entice me to put my car or myself on Midway's property again.
