My trusted and highly knowledgeable service agent, Daven, realizing that the problem I described over the phone was possibly a safety issue, quickly scheduled an appointment. I cannot fully express my gratitude to Sean F. Fitzgerald and the rest of the team over there at Reliable Chevy. I mistakenly took my vehicle elsewhere and was jerked around and not taken seriously. Furthermore, there was not communication for an entire day. Sean took care of me and made sure I was able to diagnose the problem and make sure I could get back for my interview in St. Louis safely. I received text messages constantly and nothing but respect. Thank you all again. Even my shuttle experiences were superb. Sean was courteous, informative, timely, and extremely helpful. I didn’t feel like he was trying to force me to get a service I didn’t need or spend money, but that he genuinely cared about my vehicle and safety. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE ANYONE IN SPRINGFIELD I FEEL COMFORTABLE BRINGING MY VEHICLE TO AND REFERRING TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

My suggestion is that the 1st question of your survey should be Was Pete Rochelle your service representative? If the client answers yes then every other question should be pre selected as excellent, would recommend, does a great job, properly communicated, got the vehicle back on time.

I am truly humbled by the service extended to me by Tony Fears. I neglected to tell him that I had a small window this morning due to a physical therapy appointment already scheduled for later this morning. Afterwards he told me not to worry because he would expedite my time here for the service of my vehicle. A short time later my vehicle was finished and I made it in time to the hospital. Carlos was very polite & the wait time to see him upon both dropping off & picking up was minimal. It was a nice added touch that he escorted me to my car upon leaving - in the past you get your keys & a finger point in a direction & the hunt for your vehicle begins.
