I have no problem with the service Sean provided. He is very nice and professional. I just have a problem with the actual work. The first time I came in was about a month ago to have my center console repaired due to a flaw. A new console was ordered and it was installed. At first I didn’t notice but there was a gouge in the plastic on the front of the new console and the plastic cover on the passenger side of the console was broken. So I drove back up to Reliable Chevy and showed Sean the problem so he said he was going to order a new one. So when the 2nd new console was installed I noticed it made a popping noise when It moved to the down position and at times it wouldn’t even go all the way down without lifting it back up a few times before it would go down like it should. I brought it to Sean’s attention and he offered for me to leave it there for it to be repaired again or to go ahead and take it home for a week or two to see what happens with it so I chose to take it home because I’m tired of my brand new truck being worked on and I’m worried that it would come back with another problem. It’s very frustrating because in 5 years I have bought 3 trucks from Reliable Chevy and I’ve also sent my son to buy a truck there and now he is having troubles getting his truck repaired properly as well. “I don’t ” want anyone losing their job over this but maybe more training may be necessary.
