Your service department is SO busy. It doesn't matter if you make an "appointment". It's always first come first served. 5 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is ludicrous. Mr. Valenzuela was EXCELLENT! It's the wait and inconvenience for something so routine. Is this reason alone this will be my last Chevy. I will gladly pay more for luxury amenities.

I had a 10 am appointment according to the sales person I bought my van from. Brought it in before 10 am to service center just to get an extra key made. I sat in the waiting for almost 4 hours without anyone checking on me. Same spot for almost 4 hours. At 1:50 the sales person came to tell me it is complete. I was told when I dropped it off that it would not take long. Well due to sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours for a copy of a key that I had to pay $500 for, I missed two meetings and business phone calls. To say I was completely disappointed with this service is an understatement. If 8tnwas going to take thing long (never should) i should have been told up front to schedule a ride. Chris the sales person did text me to check on me but all he could tell me is that he does not work in the service department. I need other things complete for my cargo van but I am extremely skeptical to bring it back to Grapevine Ford!
