On the Chevy site, it is a know issue when using the remote start. The engine just whines out and doesn't start. It reminds me of an engine not getting a spark to start.
Also I read on the paper work I was advised the aftermarket camera could be the issue.
I was never advised about ot.
It think its time to get another service advisor

Unfortunately there have been far more very poor experiences with this dealership than good ones.
Yesterday was the first visit where someone at the dealership did a professional job, did what they said they were going to do, and projected the desire to exceed expectation. Kyle Heckathorn did a good job. I would recommend him but not this dealership. A pattern is established with 3+ similar experiences.
The last two people I dealt with in making reservations should be considering other jobs. It appears that English is not there 1st language, yet this dealership choose to put them in a role where that was the primary ingredient for a successful outcome for the the employee and client, again a very bad decision by bad dealership management.
