Jorge was great getting me in for dead batteries replacement on same morning I called. Answered questions and took care of my vehicle; however, he forgot to apply the 10% service coupon I asked about twice. Once when I called to make appointment and the second time when I dropped it off. He said he will apply the coupon before I check out. He wasn't there and someone else checked me out but the bill was already totaled and I didn't realize he forgot until I got home. I've called and left a message, waiting to hear back.

I made an appointment for 9 am. I took car in about 8:30 am. My car was not done until after 2 pm. Then I had to wait another 30-40 minutes to get ride to the shop because I had lost my arranged ride since my husband had to leave for work. I'm not sure what the purpose of making an appointment.
