Took car in for oil change on Monday, I had an appointment. Vicki took a long time before acknowledging or helping me. I finally get the car back. I find a piece of my car in the cup holder (for the tires?) and the oil life hadn’t been reset. I reset it and the engine light comes in. I don’t see how this happens the day after it’s in the shop with full inspection…. I bring it back and find out the fuel sensor is bad (after waiting over an hour in the shop with no update from Vicki - till I go talk to her and find out it’s going to be a while so I get a ride home - she could have told me this right away). She later texts that it will be done that day. I was clear to her that our family relied on the minivan because of car seats and she failed to communicate throughout. She refused to return my calls or texts until late that night - the part they needed was defective somehow. She said it would be done by 11 today. It wasn’t and again I got little communication from her. She finally messaged it was done at 1145 and they would send a Lyft for me. I wait for hours, leave her repeated voice messages and texts. 3 hours later she finally responds that the Lyft request didn’t go through and puts in the request. Her communication was completely lacking. Her explanation for the 3 hour wait on Lyft and her refusal to respond to my texts / calls was nonexistent. Her apology for their failure to reset the oil life and their leaving parts in my cup holder seemed insincere. She never explained how the car breaks one day after being in the shop with everything working perfectly or why the car took a day longer than she initially communicated. I’ve always taken my minivan there. I’m used to it being a busy shop, but the last service advisor I had was very friendly and helpful and communicative. I’ve never written a negative comment before about my service there.

I asked that all fluids, especially DEF fluid is filled. Prior to paying the bill and leaving, I specifically asked if they had filled the truck with DEF and was assured it was full. Later today, I looked and it IS NOT full. .

I appreciate that Ivan took care of my car this was my best experience with him he took care of every detail my car had he was really helpful as well

I didn’t get any updates about my car for four days until I contacted the dealership. Even then, it took several attempts to get any update. When I finally did pick up my car, I was told the issue couldn’t be fixed as it requires a software update, but there’s no timing for when that’s available. This is for a 2021 car that’s only a few months old, and I already have an unfixable issue with the cruise control that renders it unusable.
