My appointment was at 10:00 to have zaktec applied . I was told it would take
1 1/2 hrs and I told him we would be waiting. He said he hoped to have it done before he went to lunch. At 12:10, I went to ask him if it was almost done. He said he was in a lunch meeting and asked one of the guys who parks the cars to check. He said it was done and another guy went and got it. I have no idea how long it was sitting there but they had to move another car parked in front of my car. How lunch longer would I have had to wait if I hadn’t asked? Very frustrating! Turned out my service rep didn’t even need to talk with me because it was free.

Service representative was fine and honest. I have brought my Laramie Longhorn 2500 three months ago for the power step not working well. They diagnosed it as a power step motor malfunction. They stated the part would come in approximately four weeks. It took approximately 12 weeks. When we recently brought the truck in the parts They had ordered were the wrong parts. They indicated they would order the new parts and it would take about a month. My most recent experience tells me that it’ll take much longer than that. This means I will be without a power step on a three-quarter ton truck for an extended period of time.Good luck, Paul A
