Worst customer service I have ever received. Service advisors ignored me. Appt time was 8:30am. Vehicle was not taken to be worked on until 9:18am. No place to sit and wait for vehicle. Told to wait in portable trailer. No room to sit inside there either. Potta-potty for a bathroom. Are you kidding me? Vending machine was broken. All beverages were very hot. No sign on machine. Employee told me after seeing me putting money in the machine and expressing frustration at receiving a hot Diet Pepsi, “oh yeah, it’s broken.” Dirty service department employees were taking breaks in portable supposed to be used for customers. Employees eating snacks in there with customers. Had to request vehicle from device advisor as I was tired of waiting and vehicle should have been done. Not even sure the service requested was even completed.
