I requested to exchange 2 tires from my 2024 Black edition palisade ($70,000) which I'm paying an insurance for tires since the day I bought it. First of all, they told me I wasn't covered and supposedly that insurance wasn't on the system. I went to my car and pulled out the contract and showed them they were wrong. They said that even though I had that paper it didn't mean I purchased the tire and rims insurance. After some phone calls they found out I was covered. They held my car for almost to days. I specified that since the damage tires where one on the driver side and the other one on the rear passenger side, for safety precautions I wanted to have both brand new tires moved to the front which they didn't. I also specified that I didn't my car to be wash at the dealership since it's a back car it takes special care but once again they didn't listen. Lastly 3 of my tires are missing a little cap. When a approach the front desk they told me that if I wanted my tires to be moved to the front I had to bring it in the following day. Now, I'm driving an unbalanced vehicle, missing caps on my tires and full of scratches. I'm taking it back Saturday and hopefully they dont keep it for so long.

David Clark is the best. We've owned a Hyundai for 13 years and I feel like we have our own personal service advisor. He gives me great advice and charges a fair price for the work. I trust him completely with our cars. I bought a used Mazda there and he takes care of that car, too.

You guys basically left my car sitting there I got no report of what was done to the car. I got more help from a guy in autozone then in Hyundai. Very disappointed with this dealership would not recommend anyone to this place.

Initially brought car in for an appt made for seatbelt recall. Drove an hour for my anppt. Upon arriving was told the parts for that service were not in stock. After I asked for a service manager, he helped by offering a rental while we waited for parts and completion of the service. That was Jan 8th. No timeline could be given at that time for when parts would be avalible and I was told I would get a call when parts were in stock. I heard nothing from service after that until I decided to call and ask for an update Jan 21st, my service advisor was not available, but I was informed that the parts were in stock and repairs would be completed possibly the next day. Since we would not ha able to pick the car up until the weekend, I asked for quotes for tires and 100,000 mi service. I was told the service advisor would call back with those. I did not hear back that day so I tried the text messaging service and got a reply of 1051.27, but the tires would have to be ordered. I figured I wouldn’t be able to pick the car up that Saturday so I decided not to do that.. I did text back after that and ask about the 100,000 mi service price, to which she replied that everything for the 100k service would be about $925. I called her back and declined the tires and told her to go ahead with the 100k service and asked if I could pick up on Saturday.. which she said was fine. She text on Friday saying the car was ready and gave me hours for enterprise. I asked how that worked, if I bring the rental to Hyundai, or drop it and call for a ride, to which I never recieved a reply. I ended up dropping it and just walking (it’s not too far). At the service desk, I was informed that the balance was $1090, which I thought was high because she had said if we did everything it would be about $925. I had seen an online coupon for $40 off and the advisor gave me that discount without making me find it again, which was nice. While everyone was nice and helpful, there are absolutely some issues with communication, organization, and continuity that would help with making it a better expierience.
