I always go to Jose when I’m in the service department! I always feel confident that he is watching out for me and making sure my car is serviced correctly. I used to hate going into Bakersfield Hyundai because of their high pressure sales team and refusal to make a deal online or over the phone in 2016. I bought this Sonata that year in Victorville because he would make a deal online. However, due to dealing with Jose my irritation with Bakersfield Hyundai Is softening over the years. When I am ready to buy a carI again, I might even try there first, if they have dropped forcing you to spend hours in the office while the salesman goes back and forth to the finance office. This is an ongoing process so my appraisal of the situation is that Mr. Davalos he is doing his best to resolve the issue but I still have not had a completely satisfying experience. I certainly don’t appreciate being asked if I would like to trade a car in as this is about having the car that I just purchased serviced and I am not interested in anybody looking to profit off of my experience in service.
