David is an outstanding service advisor. However, my disappointment is with my tires. When I picked up my car, my back tire on driver side had 29 to 30 psi. The other tires were 40 to 41 psi. According to the paper work my tires were visually checked and rotated by Adrian Gallardo. I noticed the discrepancy when I got in the car at the dealership.I drove about 2 miles and then called David. He had me bring the car back. David had the tire checked and added the gas. David noted that I have a nail in my tire.

I trust Bakersfield Hyundai to do my services for my cars. They are honest on the prices and does services with my cars the only thing is when you make an appointment for an oil change I do understand maybe 45 minutes to an hour to do that service but not 2 hours I was not satisfied with that today thank you very much.

Gilbert was great. My issue is with the scheduling dept. They promised to call me back Friday to schedule the appt and never did. Instead, they called me at 7 am on Saturday. I had gone to bed very late and was upset to be woken so early on a weekend.
