Had an appointment took 2 hours to do an OIL CHANGE. My truck was dirty after the “complimentary wash” which to my surprise they actually did as every other time I go they say it’s too big to wash. Then I get a paper bribing me to say I was highly satisfied and if I do I’ll get a complimentary oil change. I already paid for extended warranty when I purchased the truck so explain to me how that works

My check engine light came on and the car was driving totally normal otherwise. I brought the car in and the service was great. Everyone was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Then, the same day I drove home to Oakland and about 250 miles later it started shaking like crazy and the check engine light was coming on when I accelerated. I am not satisfied because the car was worse after the service than before the service. Before the service it was just the light. After the service it was shaking heavily, felt like it was going to stall, and felt unsafe to drive.
