Gilbert is always professional but this is the second time a magnet from a charitable organization has been taken from my car while it has been in your possession. It was the same organization (Marley's Mutts) both times and my other 2 magnets were not taken. My car was only there a few hours this last time so it appears that it is a person who works there.

I had to buy a new tire because one went flat on my way home. The tire was defeated. It had a hole in the sidewall of the tire. I had to pay for a new tire and a tow to the tire shop. So, I am very unhappy. I would bring this car back and get to Honda. I didn't know this car company would treat the customer like this.
