Gilbert is a very nice person but my car was taken in on Tuesday of last week. The only time I heard from him was that Tuesday. On Friday I called to check the status of my car because no one had called me. I was told at that time I wouldn’t get my car until Saturday after a test drive was done to make sure the noise issue was taken care of. When I get my car back, I noticed scratches on my dashboard. I am not pleased with this at all.
