I have always found that the service department staff at Bakersfield Hyundai to be totally professional in their jobs as well as helpful in explaining exactly what services are being performed and why. Our 1999 Santa Fe is the 5th Hyundai product we have purchased over the years from Bakersfield Hyundai and that should speak for itself as to why we keep coming back to this dealership. I have never had a bad experience when it came time to have my car serviced or if I can't figure something out on my console/screen. David Clark always has my best interest at heart and has taken excellent care of me since my beloved passed in 2012. He makes sure my car is serviced when needed, makes me aware of the recalls and makes sure I get it in as needed. I love Bakersfield Hyundai! I wouldn't own any other make or model except Hyundai!!! The car wash was horrible. Also the sticker says that I have to take my car at 8100, that is not true because I use synthetic oil so my next car service will be at 12000 miles.

For the second time I've taken my 2020 palisade for service, the complementary car wash was done without my consent and for the second it has left very noticeable scratches on the vehicle.I am expecting to get this resolved once I take the vehicle in to complete the side airbag service recall.
