Everything went well. Until there was a mishap to get me to get a ride back to Lexus. Apparently there was a delay to get an Uber. Then when the Uber arrived to get me , my phone number was wrong. A Customer service rep phoned me. To let me know Uber had arrived .Uber had the wrong number . When I got in the car the Uber driver was rude saying he has a job and was waiting for me for 10 min. He wouldn’t have it , that there was a mistake. Drove fast and irresponsible. I hope Lexus did not give this guy a tip

Was the spare tire in the trunk tested for pressure?
Report does not mention the spare tire under the “brakes and tire” section.
I ask because when we had a tire failure and needed the spare, it was flat.
