I don’t need a call back.
The interior of my car door was dirty when I picked it up and instead of bringing my car to me, the person behind the counter said “it’s in the back, you’ll find it”. I’m glad that I had to wonder around in the rain, my car was behind the gate marked “authorized personnel only”.
Moving my service back to Fremont even though it’s incredibly inconvenient.

David did well for us. The waiting time to get started was long but that was not his fault. Rather, he was busy with another customer. Putnam needs a system whereby when an advisor is **** with an earlier customer (“guest”), a different advisor can step in to help with an arriving guest.
