Upon picking up my car, all four valve caps were missing. Had to ask for them. Very minor: the battery terminal covers were left displaced. $1100 to fix one door lock seems excessive. Most importantly: I am very dissatisfied with the rim repair service. This was completed about three years ago at Putnam. Ever since then the wheels do not look good. It’s as if a black haze is imbedded in the finish coating that was used. I have been complaining about this ever since. At this service, Mario said he would try to have the wheels cleaned up. Upon picking up my car, the wheels looked the same. Mario was off (Dec 18), so I asked to speak with a manager. Randy helped me and said he understood what I was seeing and displeased with. He took photos and said he would show his service manager and that either he or Mario would call me back with any potential options. Four days later and I have not received any phone call.
