The service department was professional, courteous, & did an excellent job on the oil change & car wash. However, an apparent accident while the car was being serviced resulted in a dent on the hood of our new car that will require body work & a paint job. We are now waiting to return for repairs.

Asked that my tires get rotated... did not happen... did not find out until I picked it up and read it on the service ticket. Reason was “aftermarket wheels”... I bought the wheels and tires from a GMC dealer brand new and as is. Don’t know why y’all can’t rotate them.
