The quality of customer service was lacking. He did communicate. However his communication was not entirely accurate. He did not go above and beyond. I believe he met the minimum requirements and that is about it.

When a transmission fluid is needing to be replaced, a sample of your transmission fluid to show your customer would make them feel comfortable knowing that their vehicle is in good hands and that it is not a scam.
When service personnel shows hostility when i am concerned about my vehicle, does not make me feel comfortable continuing my business with them. I want answers and proof as to why you are suggesting I need additional maintenance done to my vehicle.
