It’s not the service and parts department they were helpful. The other departments are very unhelpful and your always waiting for answers and don’t deliver on what you ask them to do.

Poor service management. Phone calls not answered. No updates given unless I called. Then to find out vehicle was " lost in paperwork" after being there 3 days. A " day to day and half fix" took 8 days. Vehicle loan service employee helped more than any service employee. Very disappointed in the simple ability to manage vehicles and update customers.
