I was told my service would take approximately 2 hours to complete. It took almost 4 hours. I’m upset because it’s my only day off and I could’ve used that 4 hours. If I was told from the start it would take 4 hours I would’ve gone home and ran errands instead of waiting 4 hours in the lobby….ridiculous and unacceptable!

We took our Rav 4 Hybrid for maintenance on 04/25/2024. We asked if the tire rotation was included. We were told yes and confirmed. On the given report it states the tire rotation was done. However, it was not done. I had marked the tires to make sure it was done and unfortunately they were not moved. We have previously experienced this issue before. Very unfortunate.
