I would give it 3.5 out of 5.. First I scheduled it there to have my 4x4 check if it’s engaging because I heard a pop sound one time. The service manager acknowledged the info that I gave but started saying “ you have bigger tires than recommended, that could void the warranty on the power train”. I was like “well yes if it will have a damage thats related to the modification. I just bought the SUV 1 year ago.” He was like, “what damage?” I was thinking “ geez is this how the welcome the customers here?! It only has 6k miles on it, the pop sound does not even related to the bigger tires Smh..

Heather and staff have been amazing and attentive but the issues with my platinum badging is very annoying and I live 30 minutes away so for me to keep coming down multiple times is discouraging. The badging is a known issue and should be stocked for the tundras.

No shuttle was sent to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. I had to find a ride as no communication was made from the service personnel. When I arrived, Jamie and Mike were just sitting there doing nothing and offered no apology. An extra hour or two of delay, due to lack of communication seems to be the normal at this dealership.

I received a text message that my car was ready. I left the restaurant immediately and headed down to the dealership to pick up my car. I paid for my car and I still waited an hour to get my car. I asked what was going on several times and I was told that it was being washed. Next time I would appreciate it if I was contacted when my car is actually ready. I even dropped my car off about 30 min early at 1245 and my car wasn't actually handed to me until about 330 even with it not being very busy.
