Bryan was great and there were no issues. As for the repair that is where the issues arise. I am still having the same issue with my GPS not working even after you had it in the shop for 4 days. Also when I got my truck back all 4 tires were low and needed air, I would have thought that would have been addressed during the tire rotation.

Jason was awesome! he was a pleasure to deal with. He help me get my vehicle serviced when Prior I had called twice Three days before I needed to bring my vehicle in was told there were no appointments that I had a wait, until mid week ( another 6 days) when I expressed my concern that my vehicle was 1000 miles over on an oil change because I have been out of town with the truck....they showed no concern! I was told I would get a call back from another service advisor to schedule it or service manager no one ever called back. I called back again after noone Bothered to call me. I got lucky. Jasón answered he took care of getting me in to have my oil changed and took care of a recall notice and also scheduled a future appointment. We have bought two fords here in less than 24 months, spent over $125,000 at this dealership and they didn’t even have the courtesy to wash my truck..... is that really the customer service that you want to portray ?
