My service advisor (Brian) was awesome! Kept in touch with timely updates, helped secure a loaner car, explain my charges, directed me to a online coupon, and lead me around the department to where I needed to be. After going to other places, I think Grapevine is a 5 star place to go to service your car. Recommend to others. p.s. I even took home several bright colored roses from service desk since I happened to pick up car later in the day. My wife loved them!! lol
