The tough part for me was dropping my car off on Tuesday, and the tech not looking at it until Friday.
Also, the tech said they didn’t see anything wrong with the transmission but I don’t believe it’s supposed to shift they way it currently does.

Eddie Sauceda was great, he was very attentive and helpful. We are just not happy with your pricing,I just replaced the part that I was missing and it cost me 30$ when you wanted to charge me $590 for that to be replaced. I just don’t get it when I just brought it in for a recall.
