Communication was not to my standard. When someone says they will call you at 4pm. I expect to be contacted at 4pm. I had to call every time except once to get updated on the status of my vehicle. The repairs were made properly but the communication was terrible.

Eddie was great, but the problem wasn’t fixed. There is something wrong with the trucks CarPlay. When not plug in, the mph is correct on multiple apps(Waze, insurance app, speedometer, etc...) BUT the moment I plug my iPhone into the USB cable and connect to CarPlay my mph jumps. So if I’m driving 70 mph it says I’m driving 81mph. That’s HUGE problem because my truck insurance is based on my driving habits. So anything over 80 mph hurts me. So I can’t even drive the highway speed limit. I NEED THIS PROBLEM FIX. It’s only doing it on my truck because it doesn’t do it on any other vehicle(tried out one with Eddie with 2 different phones and didn’t do it, plus the rental I used for 3 days don’t jump in mph when hooked to CarPlay. but when we( me and Eddie) tried it on my truck it jump on 2 phone.

It was a little busy when I came in for an oil change, and one of the quicklane guys behind the counter asked me to wait for a bit before checking in. After waiting over 45 minutes, I finally went back up to ask what was going on, and he said he had forgotten about me. An oil change and a brake fluid flush ended up taking almost 3 1/2 hours.
I do like bringing a rose from the checkout counter back to my wife. That's a nice touch. I also appreciate the free sandwich coupons I get in the mail.
