0 for 2 attempts to fix the problem. First time, no part available to repair, second time, wrong part was ordered to repair. I was called to pick up the vehicle and told no idea if or when it would be repaired. No contact since. Not the first time of issues at this dealership. Repair several weeks earlier to the seat was not completed even though the work order indicates it was completed. Only option at this point is to take it to another dealership.

Disappointed that I left 2 messages with the Service Department about having a recall performed on the Fusion my high school son drive with no response. I called the parts department and Spoke with Gomez to see if they had parts in stock to perform the SRS SAFETY RECALL. He said parts where in stock. He asked me for my name and number and said he would personally have someone in service call me to arrange service. Gomez provided World Class service and the recall was performed. Laura did a great job taking the handoff from Gomez to insure that my son's Fusion is safe to drive.

I did not meet Laura until my fourth time going up to the Ford service, and I only spoke on the phone once with her. Every time I went in, someone else had to assist me after looking around for her and being unable to find her. Anytime I called her, I would not get a call back. Instead I would either never hear from her or I’d get a text instead of a call. It was extremely difficult tracking her down just to get updates on my car. Laura did not really keep me updated on my car at all times. She even told me the ONE time we spoke on the phone that I would not have to pay for the rental, but then proceeded to charge me for the rental and did not explain my bill to me. I will admit, I did not question my bill until after I paid,, I was little taken aback that my bill was $300+ over the estimated amount. I realized after I looked through the bill on my own that I was being charged for the rental so on my way out I stopped by her cubicle to find she wasn’t there or anyway to be seen, so I called her immediately to leave a voicemail hoping she would return my car when she got the chance to discuss it with her. After two hours of silence, I called the manager to get things worked out since I never heard back from her. Laura did mention to me before I paid that one thing I was paying for was the motor mounts and labor, even though they were on back order, and that she would call me first thing when they were in. It has been two weeks and Laura still has yet to contact me about my motor mounts- which one person said was essential to have in good condition, but Laura said I needed to take my car otherwise I’d be paying for the rental on my own which is why I took my car back- and I PRE-PAID for my motor mounts AND the labor so I am still waiting to hear back on any updates if the motor mounts have come in. I still have all my receipts and all the texted updates from her which over the span of two weeks was not often at all. I have received more updates on my car getting an oil change than I did with my transmission getting fixed with Laura. Though I do understand these difficult times going on, I do not appreciate her lack of consideration over a job that has not been completed even though I have already paid for it. Due to her unprofessionalism, I do not wish to work with her again, and would like for the job I paid for to be completed with someone more professional that will keep me updated and be more considerate over my concern of my vehicle.
