Not a reflection on the person that checked me in. My complaint is that it took 6 days to do a software update. I was without my car for 6 days after a scheduled appointment where what I suspect is my car wasn’t even touched for the first few days.

A guy named Zach called me on Monday and he asked me to bring my car in to have it re-inspected so my husband took my car to be re-inspected due to a registration problem we bought it in June when he got there no one seemed to know Zach who wasn’t there!
