We brought our 2020 Lincoln Navigator in to repair chips in the windshield. We were told the repair is complete and that a chip would still exist but not spread. The vehicle was delivered to us when we purchased from Grapevine Ford with a chip in the windshield. The information sticker was covering the chip. We would have not purchased this almost brand new vehicle with a chip in the windshield.

Chris was outstanding! I came in with a nail in the back of my passenger side tire on my mustang GT and Chris reassured me that it’s possible that it will be a 2 hour wait but he’ll get me out of there as soon as possible. I love that he kept me updated on my vehicle while my tire was being patched up. He was very nice and respectful and provided EXCELLENT customer service.
