Aaron was very helpful and followed regularly until my car was ready to pick up. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and explained everything to me from the results of the diagnostics report and the process of the repairs. He will be my go to add long as he is available.

I made an appointment for 9 am. I took car in about 8:30 am. My car was not done until after 2 pm. Then I had to wait another 30-40 minutes to get ride to the shop because I had lost my arranged ride since my husband had to leave for work. I'm not sure what the purpose of making an appointment.
