Excellent service from the customer service team, Duncan, Miseal, the shuttle driver Paul. On my return trip with Jack the shuttle driver to pick up my car. Very friendly and nice waited for my daughter to arrive so I didn’t need to bring her small buys with me. Arrived at the cashier to pay for oil change , Misael Miranda greeted me and asked if I had any questions regarding the work order. Great Customer Service Misael gave me. Pleased with best service!

I was so pleased by the initial contact with your dealership regarding the service required from my vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted by Annette, who is the very chill full representative. All the people I met were extremely polite and friendly. It was actually quite a contrast to the experience I had at Dutton Cadillac. At that dealership it seemed as though I was disturbing their day by bringing my vehicle for service. While I was at your dealership I thought I heard something about a shuttle service so I asked about it and they said sure they could take me home. The whole atmosphere and the contact I had with your staff was truly a very positive experience. I certainly will have any future services performed at your dealership. What a wonderful experience. The only nice experience was your Saturday cashier. Dan was kind but mostly unable or unwilling to answer questions directly and quickly referred me to his supervisor when I inquired on the pricing of recommended services. At this point there were several misunderstandings created between the supervisor and myself. My questions had to do with pricing and policy in regards to a GM letter received (n182198000) but the supervisor appeared to believe that all I wanted was my injector replaced regardless of the condition of the injector which simply isn’t and wasn’t the case. My direct questions about the injector stemmed from no one verbally addressing it with me post service which was an issue for me as this was what brought me in for service originally. I had no idea if the injector had even been addressed. This conversation occurred on day 2 after I was told the car was ready and it wasn’t since the primary brake recall was unresolved. While I inquired about services provided to the car I was met with resistance. My issue was I was never informed or updated about the possible injector issue in relation to my particular vin as stated in the gm letter that brought me in for service in the first place. All that I was informed on via phone call that to fix the issue I would need a throttle body cleaning and mass airflow sensor cleaning which would cost 500 dollars and change. I declined this service as the cost seemed high for a MAF cleaning and throttle body decarb where the throttle body would not be removed for service. At no point was I ever told the injector was good or bad leading me to believe no one had even looked at it and just gone about standard diagnosis for a rough idle. Once in person the supervisor stated standard diagnosis was policy regardless of the GM letter to ascertain issues in standard order as simply replacing a good injector would be problematic for the dealership assuming it wasn’t actually bad. Not replacing a good injector makes perfect sense to me accept the supervisor, Dan, nor myself knew at that point if the injector was good or bad as nothing about the injector was documented by the technician. Since there was no documentation from the tech this further added to my frustration as I still was unsure if the GM notice had even been addressed prior to being asked for 500 dollars of service. Dan and the supervisor being uncertain if the injector was assessed at that point called the tech to ask if the injector had been addressed at which point the documentation of no codes or defects to the injection!!!!! was immediately added to “description of service and parts”. After having the car essentially three days the paperwork was incorrect and I was being charged for the brake recall service. Somehow over that 70 hour time period with the vehicle out of my possession the car ended up with a drained battery and a hard start. This is likely a coincidence but speaks to a poor experience on my part again minus the cashier who was great to speak too as I waited for paperwork corrections by Dans manager. I forgot to mention your am courtesy driver was amazing as well. Dan has been a pleasure to deal with the past but this was an exceptionally poor experience.
