I know cars break and service gets backed up only thing is....maybe stay on top and update customers more often. Other then that when he did update. Very thorough. Knock on wood if i have to go back for service, would have no problem going through Misael again.

Quicker response time, I expect employees to follow thru with customer service . I shouldn’t have to be on someone’s **** especially after I stated I have plans and other appointments for my car. If I say I have to leave to Phx by 5 pm it doesn’t mean I need or would like you to keep my car til 5 pm. I told Annette first thing either way I needed the tire sensor fixed first thing and to follow up with the phone call, not me txt am but after promised phone call time and me going down there in person looking like a raging **** for no reason.
