This was my second experience with Dan “the man”.
As usual he explained the unusual situation with a two year old battery being “dead” and it would be covered under the warranty.
He found a recent recall and took care of it.
He showed me that I had 2 oil changes that were free that I was not aware of because the dealer I bought the truck from did not mention it.
He is an asset to your organization, and a pleasure dealing with.

I feel Bait and switched with Tom bell. As much as I love my Chevy, I feel
Tom bell is about gouging the customer, I know how service writers work!. For Christ sakes my truck is two years old and I have a seat issue that should be covered by warranty! Right away you want to run it thru my extended warranty and charge me a $100 deductible. You can see by service history that I bring my truck there for service and instead of wowing the customer you try and gouge them! I’m going to be looking for a new vehicle for my wife really soon and right now I would not even consider Tom bell Chevrolet for my next purchase.
