When I arrived I was told my wait time would be 3 hours to fix the airbag recall on my car. I decided to stay at the dealership since I didn’t have a ride. My wait time ended up being approximately 6 hours. I spent my entire day there. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have coordinated a ride prior my appointment. 6 hours is very long wait time especially when you’re sitting in the lobby after being told it was 3 hours. Staff was friendly. Just disappointment with the down plated wait time.
