Gustavo B Alatorre was rude during the entire service without providing sufficient information that a customer should be informed. At first, when I was at his office, he did not look at me. Wearing a mask in front of the screen sometimes it is difficult to understand each other. He just looked at the computer not to try to provide information. He asked me, just ”what is your first name?’’ I am not his friend, he should have asked me my full name politely as I am a customer. After then he just flung his business card. After service done, usually a consultant comes to me giving the information what have been done. I said to him I was waiting in the rouge. He just sent me a text. So I came to his office and ask why he did not give any inform about service. He told me He sent a text to come his office is I had questions. Is he my boss? I Said to him I am a RN. He shout out his wife and sister are RN. He told me if I have any complaint, go to see a his manager. And then I saw Ruben Franco and everything was done as usually Toyota does with excellent manners and service with Ruben Franco.
Gustav Alatorre, his service falls far short of the value of Toyota and it was a horrible experience. I don't think I would purchase a car from Toyota again.
